- What documents do I need to produce for a short-term framework contract or other corporate contracts?
The following documents are required: specimen signature and a copy of the certificate of incorporation or the court registration document.
- What is the method of payment for rentals (without a deposit) for longer than a month?
Customers who enter into a contract for monthly rentals (or longer) are normally obliged to use a business credit card to provide a deposit for the first couple of rentals. After this, no deposit is required for future reservations.
- How much notice should I give when placing an order for a car rental?
At the beginning of the rental, you will need to produce your driving licence, identity card, credit card (if required). If you have not already registered with us you will also need to produce the certificate of incorporation of the company, speciment signatures and a company stamp to authorize the leasing agreement.
- Can I take my rented car outside Hungary?
For most categories, registered clients should give one working day's notice before starting the rental. Non-registered clients should allow three working days to complete the registration procedure. In high demand periods (such as the Grand Prix or Sziget festival) we advise you to give at least one week's notice.
Clients who enter into a short term framework agreement can order a car with the minimum of fuss without paying any intial fee or deposit. We would normally prefer to have 2-3 working days notice of the car rental although we can deliver at much shorter notice where the car is required for emergency replacements. Please note that we cannot always guarantee the same category of car on short notice replacements.
- Is there a way to ensure that prices will remain the same throughout the year?

- If my company has been set up for less than one year and I would like a monthly lease, what method of payments are open to me?
Normally, a credit card will be required to give us a deposit on the car at the time the rental commences. If after a period of time, we are satisified that payments have been made without any problems, we may waive the need for this requirement.
- How long does a no-obligation short term frame agreement last?
The contract is open ended so there is no need to renew it every year. If you want to terminate the contract at any time you should put this in writing to us. Please allow a few days for the cancellation to take place. The short term framework agreement places no obligations on those who sign it unless a car is rental and then gives preferential terms when such rentals take place.
