The contract process

The process is very simple.

If you are already a customer and already have signed a short-term contract with us, it is then sufficient to send us the pre-printed fax or e-mail request to us. Subsequently, our customer service department will contact you and confirm the rental, inform you of the price and within a small period of time, deliver the car if required.

If you are not yet our client:

To enter into a contract the following documents are required:

1. Specimen signature and a copy of the certificate of incorporation. Please send these to us by fax, to +36 1 382 9005, or by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
2. Please send details of the person(s) who is/are entitled on your behalf to place orders for car rentals
3. After we have checked your company details (using an online service to ensure that you are a bone fide company and are financially sound), we will place the data into our car reservation system so that you can make a reervation at any time at at short notice without having to give us complete details everytime.
4. If you are a new company or one less than 12 months old, we will require you to provide a credit card and reserve the right to take a deposit until we are happy that the company is of good standing.
5. You will be able to rent a car 48 hours after the contract has been signed and your company douments have been verified.
6. Please check that all the data you have given us has been correctly completed and then sign and stamp two copies of the original partner contract. Then returnit to us at the following address: Bp 1222nd Nagytétényi Budapest út 48-50. (Please mark it for the attention of Béres Sales Account Manager).
7. On receipt of the signed framework contract, we will enter the appropriate charge structure and the new reduced rates will be made available for all future rentals.
8. We will send you a signed copy of the framework contract and, at this point, the contract will come into operation.
9. Make your reservations by sending us the pre-printed fax or e-mail giving details of the rental period and type of car you need.
