It is our policy to maintain a competitive position with other major car rental companies in Hungary. We regularly review their prices and try to maintain a position on our web pages and telephone reservation services which is advantageous to our clients.
We believe that our prices are fair bearing in mind that we are committed to a program of growth and improvements to the quality of the service we offer.
Longer term rentals
One area which we are currently revising is our pricing for rentals of two weeks or longer. The basic rule is, the longer you rent, the lower the daily price should be.
Pricing Promise
We will match anyprice offer you receive from another major rental company in Hungary providing you can show that you have been offered a car rental of a similar type to the ones we have IN WRITING. (Pointing us to another web site is not enough. You must have a written quotation which has been obtained at least 24 hours before the rental period starts).
If you can supply this we will gladly match the offer or offer you a further discount depending on the time of year and vehicle availability.

Pay for what you needed
At FOX AUTORENT we know that every customer is different. Some like to travel quick ‘n light, minimum fuss, just get in and drive. Others have families to care for, need GPS, want to go skiing, are planning to travel into other countries, etc. Some are risk takers and some need maximum security against financial loss when driving. A number of our customers prefer to have their car delivered to or collected from their door. That’s OK too!
To make it fairer for pricing purposes, FOX AUTORENT now allows you to select exactly what’s right for you. Once your car rental fee has been decided, the next stage is to pick all the extras that make sense to you for your journey.
We make a nominal daily charge for some items, others are free. The price of each extra is clearly listed and the quotation gives you a total price for your journey. If you are happy with what you see, click "Confirm Booking" and complete the reservation process.
Current prices
The FOX AUTORENT as many other service providers are the tourisms in a sector with seasonal prices works.
The downside is that we are not able to print a list of prices for you to look at. To partly help you understand what our current prices look like, visit our Car Reservation section (Step 2) which shows what the daily price would be if you were to rent.
If you would like a quotation for your car rental, go onto our website, start the booking process at at Step 4 you will receive an online quotation based on your exact requirements. There is no commitment until you click the „Confirm Booking” button.
Customer Loyalty Programme
FOX EXPRESS is a rapid booking system which allows you to pick your favorite type vehicle when you register. It will automatically be selected every time you reserve a car or you can decide to select a different category. Incidentally, if we are unable to supply your chosen category, as a FOX EXPRESS member you will automatically be given a free upgrade!
