Transperent Pricing

At FOX AUTORENT we operate a policy of transparent pricing. This means that you are able to see clearly what is your financial commitment when you rent a car from us.

Your car rental price is made up of the following elements:

•  Your Car Rental Fee is based on type of car and number of days rented
•  The daily cost of the extras you select for your journey. It is our practice only to charge for extras up to a maximum of 10 days or less where shown). After that, all extras are without further charge. (This applies to telephone and internet bookings)   

• Delivery and collection charges are added if you wish to have your car delivered or collected to/from another address.
• Car Licence Fee is charged on a daily basis and shown on your invoice. If you take a car from more than one month, the Car Licence fee will be reduced. (See Car Licence Fee).
• We allow you to pick the insurance option which suits you best. This is charged on a daily basis.
• All our prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated) when you order through the web or by telephone.
• If you are entitled for any special offer discounts or as a member of Fox Express, these will be deducted by our Reservations Staff and will be shown on our final offer letter to you. (This is is because we check to ensure that you are entitled to the price reduction). Our discounts only apply to the car rental and not the extras or insurance options unless specifically mentioned on our website, our newsletters or by individual letter.
